Yorktown Hospice House (YHH), LLC (5013C) is a nonprofit organization and will be a licensed hospice and palliative care facility that will be in the heart of Yorktown, Virginia, in a new construction and secured housing facility.

Our hospice and palliative care facility will be specifically designed and equipped with the needed accommodation facilities/equipment to give comfort and security to all our residents irrespective of their financial status, religious affiliations, their race, and health conditions.

Even though we are a hospice and palliative care facility, we are going to be health conscious and customer-centric with a service culture that will be deeply rooted in the fabric of our organizational structure. YHH, LLC will always demonstrate our commitment to sustainability by actively building partnership within our communities and integrating sustainable business practices wherever possible.

YHH, LLC will provide a conducive home for our residents; we will engage in programs that offer symptom relief and pain management for overall comfort care for our patients with life-terminating illnesses and diseases. YHH, LLC will be equipped with everything that will make life comfortable for our patients.
